Welcome to my Professional Web site.

Since 2012, March I am working at the Institut Curie, a private non-profit foundation operating a research center and a hospital specialized in treatment of cancer. The institut is in Paris, France. I've been recruited as a Bioinformatician specialized in NGS analysis to head its ICGex Bioinformatics team, I am working in the Next Generation Sequencing platform.

All the research projects I have been involved in projects including the analysis of genomic data with bioinformatical and biostatistical methods. I have designed and implemented methodologies.

From 2010 to 2012 March I worked in the Centre for Molecular Medicine and Therapeutics (CMMT) in the Department of Medical Genetics at University of British Colombia in Vancouver, Canada. My postoctoral position occured in Dr. Wyeth W. Wasserman lab. My project was to predict regulatory variations involved in human disorders. I analysed Next Generation Sequencing data in the exome or the whole genome of patients with a disease.

I did a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics in the Plant Genomics Research Unit in Evry, France. Please feel free to view my Ph.D. project page or my Ph.D. defense page to have more details.
